As a Senior Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing travel arrangements for our team members including management Top Level. You will leverage your expertise to enhance travel efficiency, ensure compliance with travel policies, and deliver exceptional service to our travelers. Your strategic oversight will contribute to the seamless execution of travel plans, enabling our team to focus on their core responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, Car rentals, Restaurants bookings, events bookings…
• Prepare all documents required for visa issuance in addition to filling the application forms and appointment bookings for all type of visas to any country.
• Be ready for any kind of support including assistance for emergencies at any time even after working hours and on weekends.
• Review and optimize travel itineraries to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for team members regarding travel inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
• Collaborate with vendors and travel partners to negotiate rates and secure favorable terms
• Maintain updated records of travel expenses and provide regular reports to management
• Develop and implement best practices for travel coordination, enhancing overall travel efficiency
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in travel regulations, ensuring compliance across all bookings
Qualifications and Education requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in travel coordination or management, preferably within a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of travel logistics, including booking systems, travel regulations and visa requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with corporate travel policies and expense management.
