Job Description

Responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of employee's computer systems, servers, and data security systems. Ensure the internal IT structure of the company remains up-to-date.

Full Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Amend laptop and printers’ repairs.

• Fix programs, software’s on laptops and outlook repairs.

• Setup and configure servers.

• Repair any hardware outage that occurs.

• Restore old hardware parts for laptops, UPS, printers, etc.

• Back up and archive outlook items.

• Arrange the stock and assets reviews.

• Install cabinet and new switches.

• Prepare new laptops for new joiners.

• Create new users and new extensions.

• Move or install new items in new offices such as screens, printers, laptops, keyboard, mouses, TVs & other electronics items.

• Contact suppliers whenever necessary needs for an external maintenance.

• Get quotations for new items.

Education & requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or in Computer & Information Technology.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Work knowledge, Technical skills, Time management, and good communication skills.
